DESCRIPTION :
The line is innovative in its kind because it brings together three different machines in a single step of production: equalizer (or RAMETA), decatizer, winder.
The main advantages that derived from this are energy savings, a considerable reduction in process times and the use of personnel and compact dimensions.
The input fabric can be from a folded carriage or from a roll; the fabric comes out in the form of a little roll.
The line is designed to guarantee continuous processing and consists of the following groups:
1) EQUALIZER O RAMETA brand OFFICINA MASTER, newly built:
The equalizer or ramet has the function of equalizing the texture and weight per square meter of any type of fabric, thus preparing it for the next processing phase.
It is equipped with supercharging and a steam tray.
2) SPEROTTO brand DECATIZING MACHINE, second-hand, completely revised as new:
The decatization has the function of crushing and vaporizing the tissue, giving it a compact and silky, at the same time that stabilizes its dimensions.
3) ACCUMULATION CONVEYOR BELT and REEL, OFFICINA brand MASTER, newly built:
– A conveyor belt stores the fabric in the form of small flaps, allowing the operator to the time necessary to unload the finished roll and thus guaranteeing a continuous and without tugging on the fabric.
– The ROLLER has the function of collecting and rolling the fabric allowing the formation of little rolls. Mounted on a mobile carriage and with cylinders at independent speeds, guarantees a perfect roll.
4) In addition, the line is supplied complete with a NEW ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, with panels touch screen, AUTOMATA/PLC and drives / Inverter, all in accordance with the standards EUROPEANS in force.
