Complete Polyester Fiber Spinning Line

Barmag/Neumag/Fleissner/Autefa synthetic fiber spinning line.
highly versatile complete staple fiber line, high productivity and could be run on both virgin PET, PET bottle flakes, chips and R-Pet.
Year: 1974-2020
Complete polyester fiber spinning plant – two-step process.
Total capacity: 35-40 tons/day in a range of 3.3 to 28.0 dtex.
The line is fully CE-compliant, and the system complies also with EU safety regulations. 6-7 operators to run the full production for one shift.
The line has been continuously upgraded over the years and is completely operated by a new Siemens S7-400 system installed in 2017.
Total installed power: 2200 kW – consumption approximately 900 kW/hr.

Some of the highlights of this line:
– Completely refurbished in order to run with 100% PET bottle flakes and grinded film material.
– Producing highest quality Polyester staple fibers for very demanding applications, mainly in black for the German automotive industry.
– Concentrated production for 3-25 denier but went as low as 1.9 dtex as well with minor technical modifications. The drawing units are already set to run fine fibers.
– All main turning aggregates of the draw stands have new Siemens motors from 2015. Total value of only these motors: Euro 500,000.
– The baling press was fully refurbished in 2016 and 2018 – value Euro 300,000.
– All equipment available to produce 100% spun dyed and solution dyed fibers – which means specialty fibers – great for automotive, carpets, home furnishings.
– The line is divided in two parts but with 5 extruders, so it’s also possible to run the line partially if wanted/required.
– High degree of automation. Only 6-7 employees per shift needed to run the full line.
– Two-step line (long spinning) enabling high quality level staple fiber with a very good efficiency.
– Fully upgraded to Siemens S-7/400 automatization.
– The line is sold with a huge number of accessories, utilities, and spare parts with a total value of at least Euro 300,000 (separate list can be provided).

1x Motan dryer, yoc: 2004, 7 m3 with Motan conveyor and coupling station.
1x Motan 3-component mixing station, yoc: 2004L.
Complete with WAM Dust 107 absorber, yoc: 2004.

D-line:

24x SEW spinning pumps, yoc: 2018.

D-line:
1x Barmag single screw extruder incl gear + DC motor and dosing station.
25x SEW spinning pumps, yoc: 2017.

Both lines:
1x nozzle lifter.
1x Borel SH031 pre-heating cabinet for 45 nozzle packages.
1x Borel SH032 pre-heating cabinet for 36 nozzle packages.
2x Aura AEFT 150 diphyl heating systems – one for each line (C and D), yoc: 2004.

C-line:
24x spinning positions.
1x sunflower group with one godet and 6 delivery rollers.
1x spin-finish oil system with pump system with automatic filling and 2-fold lubrication per spinning position.

D-line:
25x spinning positions.
1x sunflower group with one godet and 6 delivery rollers.
1x spin-finish oil system with pump system with automatic filling and 2-fold lubrication per spinning position.
Joint can-transfer system for both line C and D including 01*Hako can vehicle and 01*Still can vehicle, both from 2004.

Drawing section:
2x cable lifts including clamping units and cable end indicator.
1x Neumag 7-cylinder feeding unit with Siemens drive.
1x Neumag finish bath including cable hold down device.
1x Neumag 7-cylinder godet, 0,35*1,2 m, squeeze roller, collection tray and Siemens drive.
1x Neumag stretching tank, 3*1,5 m.
1x Neumag 5-cylinder godet, 0,35*1,2 m, squeeze roller and including brush scraper and Siemens drive.
2x stackers including concave rollers.
2x Neumag tension rollers.

2x Fleissner crimpers, chamber width 200 mm, steam heated.
2x Fleissner spraying units, 2*7 spray nozzles including spin-finish oil tank.

2x Spinnbau Krupp cutters, various cutting lengths – 30 different wheels, from 38-120 mm cut lengths.
2x TSB extraction units including condensers, yoc: 2011.
2x Autefa bale-presses, yoc: 1986, 2-chamber system with pre-press and finish-press and automatic strapping system by Titan.
