Neumag synthetic fiber spinning line

Complete two-step/long spinning line for PP fiber production with a capacity of 15,000 tons/year (45 tons/18 hours running).
Raw material: PP chips MFR 10-25 and PP flakes MFR 10-25 (flakes can be processed on extruders without degassing zone), running mainly 2.2 dtex – but has run from 1.9 dtex up to 10 dtex with same capacity, consisting of:
02 silos for chips (optional to take) – capacity 196 m3 each.
01 chips conveying unit
02 dosing and mixing units – for 3 components 85% PP, 0.5-5% static eliminator and 5-10% LLDPE softening agent
02 extruders 9 inch screw diameter – 30 L/D – 7 heating zones, 120 kW, motor 500 kW AC with inverter
24 spinning positions (4×6) – 900 mm pitch, 2 pumps and 1 spin pack per position, bottom loading
24 quench air ducts
02 Dowtherm vapour generators, 120 kW heating power, 1000 litre volume, max 330 deg. C.
01 quench air line – 60,000 m3/hour with exhaust air unit
01 fiber draw-off wall, 24 positions with 2 rows of spin finish rolls
01 tow feeder for cans 2 x 2 x 2 meters, laid out for 2 x 22 cans divided into 4 rows with 11 cans each.

01 bale-press system consisting of LB 1500 type revolving bale press, capacity 2500 kg/h, bale dimensions 1080x680x690, weight 250 kg, with 10 bales/hour. Including 2 press boxes, revolving unit, batch weigher, bale hooping device, bale doffing trolley and automatic bale transport system.
01 heat-carrier oil heated with 3 secondary circuits for 3 draw stands, heating capacity 70 kW and 1 secondary circuit for 1 drying and heat-setting channel with heating capacity 400 kW
01 saturated steam production plant – max capacity 1500 kg/hr
01 compressed air production plant including 2 screw-type compressors
01 demineralized water production plant, capacity 3 m3/hr
01 spin finish and oil finish liquids dosing, preparing and distributing plant
