Campen Back Coating Line For Carpets And Artificial Grass

Quantity:1, Year: 2008, The stenter frame is suitable from 3500 to 5000 mm.The coating line is composed of: – Unwinding table. – Buffer storage. – Preparation to install a steamer. – SBR rakel coating. – Foam table prepared, but never taken into operation. – Two more drying fields could be installed. – Roller for drainage holes. – Buffer storage. – Inspection table. – Winder. – Lay down. A foam table for foam application is included, but without foam mixer. Space requirement of the tufting machines / Energy requirement: The space requirement of each tufting line is approx. 12 meters in width and 26 meters in length. This is the occupied space. In addition you would need the space for transporting the rollers away and for the delivery of the yarn cones. The required electric capacity is approx. 44 kW (400 V, 63 Amp.) for each line.The max. speed is very much depending on the tufted product resp. on the number of stitches and the pile height. Space requirement of the coating line / Energy requirement:The CAMPEN line is approx. 8,5 meters wide and 63 meters long. In addition, a working area of approx. 4 meters is required for connecting the rolls at infeed by sewing. At the line end, approx. 6 meter additional space in length direction is necessary for removing the finished rolls. In the width, approx. 4 meters additional space is necessary as drive way and for the operation.The electric capacity is approx. 140 kW (400 V, 250 Amp.). The line requires gas supply for the heating system. The max. speed is depending on the type of the coating and also on the quantity of coated material to be dried.
