Dilo Structural Needle Loom

Dilo invented the structuring and patterning of preneedled needlefelts in the 1960s. In this process, special fork needles transport fibre loops from the needlefelt into a lamellar grid resulting in pile loops on the backside of the needlefelt. By using different needle arrangements and multi-coloured layers of needlefelts, a great variety of patterns can be realized. A programme-controlled lifting and lowering of the lamellar table allows three-dimensional designs, ideally used for carpets and door mats with patterns, ribcord, tufts, velour structures. High capacity structure loom for ribcord, velour type needle felts and advance patterns, 40 mm stroke, 1500 strokes/min, 6000 needles/lm, gauge 3.5 mm, automatic lubrication, temperature control, and lubricant discharge. Complete with Dilo SW 45 feeding unit and un-winding unit and control panel + electronic software for patterning design.

The re-rolling machine is designed exclusively for wrapping and cutting flat structures made of nonwoven and PE-foil. The nonwoven is conveyed through the system from an unwinding device. After unwinding, the goods run through a take-off unit with a dancer control. In the fabric winder, the goods are cut into strips before they are rolled up. After winding, the goods can be removed from the system with a lifting device.
The re-rolling machine has a modular structure for each station. The basic components are as follows:

On request, new knives can be added and the working width of the entire longitudinal cutting device can be increased or decreased as desired. The cutting machine’s drive is synchronized with the end winder of the production line via a chain and gear.
This line is in very good mechanical and electrical condition. All wearing parts are immediately replaced with new ones, including carding machine covers, drive chains and others.
