Full description of no-woven plant:
– Fiber suction system that goes directly to the fiber opening device brand Dell’ Orco and Villani.
Usually, it’s able to process 25 quintals of blended in about 2.5 hours
– Lubrication system entirely in stainless steel, with air pump and air / oil nebulization system and renewed electrical panel.
– No. 2 preparation chambers, with automatic diverters / exchangers, both OMMI brand. One chamber average is enough to supply material for about 1-2 days (with fine products they easily can supply material for 2 days each chamber).
The chambers can be used also for some blended fibers effects, like mélange
NB: the days of duration refer to an 8-hour shift
– Pneumatic transport system of fibers from the chambers to the carding line.
– Fiber feeding device for the carding machine, where the fibers arrive from preparation.
Equipped with a fiber suction device for sampling, to work without going through preparation.
Adjustable speed, has 2 photocells for filling (one of the two is safety)
– No. 2 Bonino cards, with a 2-meter diameter drum, 8 couples of cylinders each (therefore 16 cylinders per drum), useful working width 2,800 mm
Inlet compactor and compactor before the second carding machine, with scale (equipped with no. 4 load cells) to manage the speed based on weight.
