b) CARDING MACHINE

c) CALENDER
TYPE: 2 hot cylinder Calender.

FEATURE: One is the upper cylinder with engraving and the lower cylinder is flat. It works
with a hydraulic pressure system (water cooling). There is also a spare gravure cylinder.
Installed engraved cylinder has 16% open area. Spare engraved cylinder has 11% open area.
There are also cold cylinders at the exit.

d) WINDING
TYPE: Automatic winding, metering and automatically emptying and starting a new winding
when full.

FEATURE: Natural gas burner, heating up to maximum 280 C is possible. It works with hot oil
system.
TYPE2: Heated with electric resistance
BRAND: AURA (German made)
FEATURE: Only electric heating is optional. Not used unless necessary. The hot oil coming
from the BT Boiler with burner is transferred to the calender from this section. It is
completely closed circuit.
