Each dyeing machine has 2 carriers, for cylindrical/conical cones 6", dia 180/220mm.
Each dyeing machine is fully automated and is equiped with BARCO SEDO 3500 / 5000.
The Sedomat 3500/5000 is the solution for the complete control and visualisation of all types of textiledyeing and finishing machines.
For running this full automated department as it is you need 3 workers per day, 1 worker/shift of 8 hours.

This YARN DYEING DEPARTMENT is preferably sold as a full set up including all the metalic structures, all the piping connections and the lifting system as well as the platform as requested, in order to get a maximum efficiency.
All circulation pumps are inverter controlled as well as all process parameters, by SEDOMAT 3500/5000.
