This carpet loom has been purchased from VDW co in Belgium. It has been totally renewed by VDW Belgium in 2011.

Note:
1 machine is ready for three frame but only 2 are creeled.

Other machine has all the hooks and boards to do 3 frame but only 2 frames are installed. Harness for the 3rd frame is not complete.

the yarn count & yarn ply used on the looms now are:

Warp Yarn: 45/3 spun PES, 45/5 spun PES

Pile: In wire loom config : 660tex 2ply wool to 1200tex 5ply.

Flatweave: 630tex PP to 900tex PP

maximum RPM the machines can work are:
With wires enabled : 40-45 rpm
Flatweave no wires : 75 rpm.
