All these heat set lines are in excellent condition, excellent Gillbos winders with separate reserve accumulators for each end/position which give you the flexibility to run, and also great quality of PA6 heat set yarn. You know very well if PA6 yarn keeps/stays longer (unequal times in the oven under high temperatures, during doffing etc..) will create big issues in bulk, crimp, and printing of this yarn and it will create “lines” on the carpet design after printing… with this kind accumulators on the winder that risk is minimized.

Also, with accumulators on the Gillbos winder, there is no drop off production output during doffing time… yarn continuously passing the oven and accumulates during each doffing time etc…

Heat set yarn from Power Heat Set lines are always more bulky than heat set yarn from Superba, better carpet coverage etc…
