High quality machine.
This machine is new from 2015.
At the start there were some problems with vibrations.
These were solved by Vandewiel at no cost by weighting and balancing the main shaft. After that, the machine ran trouble-free.
The only cost in the past 10 years was the repair of the cooler. Because it was outside the warranty period.
And, as with all weaving machines, the normal wear of scissors and sporadic weft grippers.
An additional option included on this machine is the ability to weave with ground effects. Because the shaft movement is driven by servo motors.
Which is described in the carpet world as high low and which allows the creation of beautiful ground effects in addition to full-pile carpets.
Phasing out the carpet division at the manufacturer, is the only reason why this machine is for sale.
That explains also why this machiene has few running hours and is in perfect condition.
The indelible shot counter now stands at 37 475 822 rpm.
Converted to working days, I estimate that this machine may have produced a total of 2 years.
Logical that the weaving machine is for sale at a high price.
But prospective buyers they may make their own bid.
