The TVE-ESCALE High Efficiency Washing Range (ESCALE) is a high-performance industrial open-width textile washing system designed for efficient scouring, washing, and bleaching of fabrics.

This three-bath configuration features counter-flow operation and incorporates the TVE-ESCALE MRS vacuum extraction system, delivering excellent cleaning results while significantly reducing water, energy, and chemical consumption.

The system is fully PLC-controlled and offers flexible fabric input (from roll or plaited) with plaited output.
