TNT Nonwoven Fabric Plant

Complete plant for the production of TNT nonwoven fabric.
Main composition of the plant:
1x Complete line for dark fibers, with fiber preparation, carding section, cross lapper and N. 2 MALIMO frames, working width 3600 mm.
1x Common fiber preparation system serving N. 2 production lines for light-colored fibers.
2x white-fiber production lines, including one line with N. 3 cards and one MALIMO frame with working width up to 5000 mm.
1x COMERIO ERCOLE four-roll calender, roll width 3000 mm, working width 2900 mm, maximum pressure 50 tons.
Compressors, accessories and wide availability of textile, mechanical and electrical spare parts.

Main brands included in the plant: BONINO, MALIMO, COMERIO ERCOLE, NENCINI, FOR, CORMATEX, OMMI, BMB, GORGERI and KNOTEX.

The plant is used for polyester, viscose, cotton, wool, natural fibers and other textile fibers, with indicative fabric weights from 70 to 320 g/m2 depending on the line and product.

The sale is preferably intended for the complete production complex.
