Thies Air Stream is an imitation of THEN SYNERGY, but THEN SYNERGY is far higher quality. Thies requires specific amounts of water and air volume to operate. But THEN can circulate the fabric rope and thus dye the fabric using only air. The dye reaches the nozzle via a pump that atomizes the dye bath.
This is why THEN is the only one in the world capable of dyeing at a liquor ratio of 1:2.
