a) FEEDING UNIT
3 Way Bale Opener, Electronic weighing and dosing. Blowing and threshing section
TRÜTZSCHLER brand.
6 Chamber first filling from the Bale opening paths of original fibers.
2 Chamber for fibers coming from the edge suction during the carding process (Recycle).
8 Chamber Multimixer. TFN fine opener at the exit.
Shute feed system behind the card, width adjustable between 200 cm-230 cm.
FBK feeding with gram adjustment.

b) CARDING MACHINE
TYPE: Double doffer, 3 Random Carding machine.
BRAND: SPINNBAU BREMEN.

SPEED: Ability to work between 10 m/min - 100 m/min in different fiber types, depending on
grammage and width.
WORKABLE GRAMMS: Between 18 gr/m2 and 60 gr/m2.
MATERIALS THAT CAN BE PROCESSED IN THE MACHINE: PES, PA, PP fibers. Between 1.2
Denier and 2.5 Denier.
FINAL PRODUCTS: Nonwoven for adhesive interlining, absorbent Nonwoven layer used in
diapers.

c) CALENDER
TYPE: 2 hot cylinder Calender.

MODEL YEAR: 1995
WIDTH: 230 cm
FEATURE: One is the upper cylinder with engraving and the lower cylinder is flat. It works
with a hydraulic pressure system (water cooling). There is also a spare gravure cylinder.
Installed engraved cylinder has 16% open area. Spare engraved cylinder has 11% open area.
There are also cold cylinders at the exit.

d) WINDING
TYPE: Automatic winding, metering and automatically emptying and starting a new winding
when full.

e) OIL HEATING SECTION
TYPE1: Natural gas heating system
BRAND: BT Boiler (Turkish made)
FEATURE: Natural gas burner, heating up to maximum 280 C is possible. It works with hot oil
system.
TYPE2: Heated with electric resistance
BRAND: AURA (German made)
FEATURE: Only electric heating is optional. Not used unless necessary. The hot oil coming
from the BT Boiler with burner is transferred to the calender from this section. It is
completely closed circuit.
