Operating Configurations
The system can operate in different configurations:
Sectional Warping:
In standard sectional warping operation, the machine can run at speeds of up to 800 m/min.
Feeding the Unifier / Beaming Head from the Sectional Warper:
The sectional warper can be moved on rails and positioned in front of the unifier/beaming head complete of waxing unit . In this configuration, the warp is transferred from the sectional warper to the beaming head at speeds of up to 120 m/min.
Direct Warping:
Alternatively, the unifier/beaming head can be fed directly from the creel, bypassing the sectional warping process. In this direct warping configuration, the system can operate at speeds of up to 300 m/min.
Complete system suitable for both sectional warping and direct warping applications.
