Spinnbau card, yoc: 2001, ww: 2500 mm, composed with feed roller - dia 213 mm, licker-in - dia 412 mm and transfer roller - dia 412 mm, Breast - dia 846 mm with 4 workers/strippers - dia 213/118 mm, Main Swift - dia 1500 mm with 6 workers/strippers - dia 213/118 mm, double doffer - dia 708 mm with 2 take-off cylinders - dia 213 mm, 1 set of condensing rollers - dia 292 mm. Top and bottom delivery aprons.
Asselin Profile P325 crosslapper, yoc: 2007, ingoing: 2500 mm and 8000 mm outgoing (effective working width 7800 mm).
Asselin A50 R SD2 needle loom, yoc: 2007, ww: 7400 mm, double board downstroke, stroke 60 mm, 1200 strokes/min, needle board configuration = 4560 + 7000 needles/lm, speed: 20 m/min, with blowing device in the bed plate.

NOTE:
Inspection under running condition is possible with one week prior notice.
The machinery is well maintained and in very good condition.
Brand new main inverter was installed last week.

Note:
The machine for some years mainly processed PP/PES fibres, 4–6 denier, 51–90 mm, and used a finer card clothing plan.

In recent years, they moved to a coarser card clothing plan and processed PP/PES fibres, 4–15 denier, both virgin and recycled.
The card is currently equipped with clothing suitable for 4-15 denier PP/PES both virgin and recycled.

However, card clothing is a wear part, and we would recommend planning for replacement, both as part of normal maintenance and to have the opportunity to adapt the new card clothing to the fibre type the buyer intends to process.

The card control system is based on a Siemens S5 PLC.
