Sperotto Rimar NOVA 220/800 SP
Quantity: 1
Year: 2002
Machine Type: Continuous solvent washing, de-oiling, and scouring line (Dry-to-Dry process)
Working Width: 220 cm (2,200 mm).
Solvent Medium: Perchloroethylene (PERC) operating within a zero-emission, sealed hermetic loop.
Primary Applications: Suitable for high-stretch swimwear, sportswear, activewear, automotive textiles, and delicate synthetic blends.
Functional Overview & Process Line Components.
The NOVA system operates on a continuous, tension-controlled path to prevent structural distortion of delicate elastic fabrics:
Infeed & Unwinding: Usually integrated with an open-width fabric unwinding framework (e.g., Corino system) providing constant tension control and automatic centering.
Scouring Section: The fabric goes through a counter-flow washing unit where high-pressure spraying jets apply the solvent to extract lubricants, spinning preparations, and silicone residue.
Drying & Deodorizing: A combined drum and conveyor belt drying configuration evaporates the residual solvent under controlled temperatures before a continuous deodorizing phase freshens the fabric.
Distillation & Recovery: Equipped with automated primary and secondary vacuum distillation units. The internal recovery loop purifies and recycles more than 99% of the solvent, keeping operational consumption below 2% of the total fabric weight.
