Capacity: After centrifugation, each fibre retains a different percentage of water.
A 30 Kw dryer evaporates 36 litres of water per hour.
When drying acrylic fibre with a 13–14-15% of water , the production capacity is 200–250 kg/hour.
Production capacity for other fibres can be calculated in the same way.
Previous applications: Socks in bags and yarn on cones.
Conveyor belt: The belt is made of polyester mesh, ideal for fibres/loose also with short fibres.
Cooling system: At the outlet, an extraction fan removes heat from the material.
Cooling system is by air.
Steam consumption: No.
Spare parts: One belt.
The dryer has been removed from operation while still in working condition and is in excellent operating condition.
