The machinery has been fully reconditioned in 2025 with new motors , new electrical panel, new wire, new aprons and mechanical reconditioning and painting in Europe.
The machine was reconditioned and new wire for 7dtex polyester for home textile duvet production.
The production is 40gsm for each doffer = 80 gsm delivery speed 60m/min input to the crosslapper.
