Pendulum centering device with n. 3 cylinders- Metal detector- N. 2 dancer cylinders with adjustable tension at both entry and exit.
Fabric infeed controlled by inverter- Maximum pressure: 50 tons- Fabric infeed with a fixed curved stretching cylinder and a spreading device.
N. 4 cylinders: 2 chromed steel cylinders on the outside, heated with thermal oil, and 2 wool paper cylinders on the inside. N.B. The cylinder layout can be changed as needed.
The 4 cylinders can also be driven together via a chain so that all four rotate. This operation is typically performed to calender non-woven fabrics by regulating their thickness.
