Bale press power is 100 tons , bale size is 50*90*110 cm , weight is 200-240 kg depend on type of fiber . Bale pres capacity are 6 bales / hour .
There is an automatic weighing system at bale press exit.
Making cotton clips shoddy , capacity is 750 kg / hr.
Making Polycotton / fllece clips shoddy , capacity is 1000 kg / hr ,
For felt production ,
Shoddy capacity is 1000-1250 kg / hr or more ( press is the limit )
