The line is designed for processing various textile and nonwoven waste materials and producing reclaimed fibers suitable for further nonwoven and technical textile applications. Depending on the raw material supplied, the line can process cotton, polyester, polypropylene (PP), blended textile waste, garment cutting scraps, and similar textile residues.

Double-head hydraulic baling press manufactured by Kavurlar.
Capacity: 120 tons
Pressing pressure: 300 kg
Two cutting machines:
AKDERMAK guillotine cutting machine, 600 mm working width.
Original Laroche cutting machine, 800/1000 mm working width.
Regarding the PDF document, the photographs included are images of the actual equipment being offered for sale. The line is currently stored indoors and is not in active production at the moment. Therefore, the visual appearance in some photographs may not fully reflect its operational condition. However, the equipment is in working condition.
