Designed for the coating of artificial turf with SBR Latex.
Dohle Ultra Super butt seamer sowing machine.
J bin with electrical side shift.
Latex pump and foamer with compressed air input ports. Water cooled.
Direct coater, roller over roller design. Water chilled application rollers, upper roller height adjustable. Auto tracking latex weirs. Traverse latex feed. Driven turf pretension system.
Normal running Latex dry weight application of 700g/sqm at 1.8 linear metres per minute. Latex dry application weight of 1000g/sqm at 0.9 linear metres per minute.
Auto tracker stenter wings, leading to fixed track section.
5 x Black tube LPG gas heater units.
LPG gas fired recirculation oven, 4 chambers, split into separate upper and lower zones. Upper zones for heated air, lower zones with external forced cold air feed. (8 zones)
Hot solder tipped irons for turf perforations. Adjustable hole frequency, timing auto linked to line speed.
Turf Accumulator, auto anti-drop and carriage guiders.
Up and over turf carriage frame.
Measuring station and inspection floor.
