- N. 1 Hopper feeder working width mm 2000 complete of 2 horizontal feeding belt, inclined spiked apron with stainless steel pins, special spiked apron loop, with adjustable gauge with main spiked apron, to comb the fiber; 1 discharging cylinder. Machine able to open directly the cakes after hydroextractor phase.
- N. 1 Fine opener working width mm 2000 placed at exit of hopper feeder and feeding the conveyor belt of dryer. Opener provided of 2 feeding cylinders and one drum with steel pins.
- N. 1 automatic dryer belt working width mm 2000, at 4 chambers. Heating system by steam (changeable system is possible with new devices). N. 2 heat exchangers per chamber, of 100.000 K/cal each. Each chamber is long mm 3300. Exhausting air is provided; steel pipes for steam and condensation are part of the supply and pneumatic piping for fiber to the baling press.
