Completely rebuilt and upgraded with brand new electronics in 2021. Further aftermarket upgrades:
1. eccentric air cooling system: eemperature auto start

2. central lubrication system for eccentrics & main bearings: automatic (Time Auto Start) & manual greasing
A. pressure sensor on grease lines
Machine consisting of: 2 needle boards and 1 "dummy" board - 8000 needles/linear meter, approximately 1640 brushes with bristle height of 20 mm, 980 rpm, and max conveyor speed of 5.6 m/min and max draw-off roller speed 6 m/min, main motor of 34.5 kW.
Electrical controls (new in 2021) consisting of 4 HMI screens;
1. Main Screen: eccentric speed (spm), brush conveyor speed (m/min), draw-off roller speed (m/min), penetration depth (mm), gap (mm), stitch density (cm*cm), run time.
2. Adjustment Screen: auto-penetration depth (mm), auto-gap depth (mm), manual penetration depth (mm), manual gap depth (mm).
3. Grease System: automatic grease time intervals, manual grease system.
4. Brush Cleaning Mode: automatic cleaning time, manual setup of cleaning process.
