This machine has a capacity of eight fabric ropes dyeing, depending on the fabric's linear weight. When processing 180 g/m² knit fabric, we achieved a production output of 2,000 kg per batch. For colored fabrics, we processed three batches daily, equating to approximately 6,000 kg per day. If used exclusively for white fabrics, the machine could complete around nine cycles per day, reaching an approximate output of 18,000 kg daily. The machine delivered excellent quality, offering the significant advantage of maintaining high shade uniformity across different batches.
