max. production speed:
Depending on design to be printed and ink application amount required on the substrate the
speed will be up to 4m/min on a 300g/m2 pile weight.

Ona 1500g/m2 pile weight the speed will be approx. |,4m/min and additional color groups for
blind ink and or penetration booster might be needed.

Customer must make sure, that the different carpet constructions are lying flat and the borders
are made to be used in combination with the stenter dryer chains.

Regarding shrinkage of the carpet, Zimmer will not take any responsibility and an eventual precoat
must be applied if the carpet construction is not stable enough.

4- Reductive washing Unit with reductive bath and vacuum.
