Gas Generating Sets CAT 2 × 2000 kW / 400 V / 50 Hz – 2017 / 2019

These good condition natural gas-fired CAT CG170-20 generators with very low hours were manufactured in 09-2017 and commissioned in 2019 by a local CAT dealer. There are totally four identical units, and they have provided electricity to a local factory. Operations stopped 2 years ago but machines are still installed and intact. Enclosed are a set of pictures of offered units in 02-2024.

The CAT CG170-20 units are turbocharged, water-cooled, high-efficiency gas engines equipped with the CAT TEM control system. Engines are 20-cylinder in V-format with total displacement of 53.1 liters and speed 1500 rpm. Each engine is coupled to a 50 Hz Leroy Sommer synchronous alternator.
Delivery term FCA Loaded on your truck, tested with full load. Load test is considered to be approved if min 95% of nominal load is reached and all items belonging to scope of supply are working properly

This containerized MWM 3020 V20R natural gas generating set with heat recovery system for production of 95C hot water is made in year 2025 and has never been installed.
Transportable steel container with good accessibility and optimum space provision for maintenance and operation. Container is divided into two separate rooms – the machine and the control room. Inside of the containers is lined with mineral wool, insulation membrane, and perforated metal plating. Lubricating oil supply fresh oil tank and waste oil tanks with volume 950 liters are installed in the container.
Air inlet ventilation block, insulated exhaust gas silencers, hot water boiler and cooling radiators are supplied loose and needs to be installed on the roof of container.
Plant operations are controlled with MWM digital power plant control TPEM (Total Plant & Energy Management) with Schneider PLC.
