OPERATION OF HOT WATER PLANT:
TANK T1 RECEIVES HOT WATER (APPROX. AT 50 ° C) FROM HOT WATER PLANT, WHICH WE HAVE PROVIDED.
IN ENTRANCE THERE IS A PRESSURE REDUCTION VALVE TO HAVE A CONSTANT FLOW.
THIS ALLOWS THE WETTING AGENT TO BE DOSED PROPORTIONALLY TO THE NEW WATER ENTERING THE TANK T1.
THE TANK T1 HAS MULTIPLE LEVELS TO MAKE THE TANK ALWAYS WORK WITH THE SAME WATER (HAVING A RECIRCULATION) AND ENTER NEW WATER, JUST BELOW A MINIMUM LEVEL OR WHEN YOU WANT TO REPLACE ALL THE CONTENTS OF THE T1 TANK.
FROM CAKE PRESS COMES THE DRAINAGE WATER, WHICH IS FILTERED IN THE MANUAL FILTER F1,WHICH CAN BE EASILY CLEANED. THE TIME BETWEEN CLEANING AND THE NEXT WILL BE ESTABLISHED AFTER SOME TESTS WITH YOUR MATERIAL.
