1st section is 2 cylinders, 80” wide, each cylinder has workers and strippers, v-belt drive, with Peralter, feed apron, with crosslapper which feeds the web onto a lattice apron, then goes to the 2nd set of 2 cylinders, 80” wide, with workers and strippers, with tape condensor, which has 168 ends, takes 12 spools, each spool has 14 ends, each spool is 40” wide Card #4, year 1996.
2x Gaudino Spinning Frames
Year: 1996, Model FB, Each is 252 spindles, ring frame, 90mm ring, 4” gauge, 14” bobbin, has a double drafting, automatic doff, each spinning frame has overhead cleaner, 2 draft zones, after the 1st draft zone it goes through a nozzle with air and has a twisting facility for the number of turns, then goes onto another drafting zone and then on to the spinning bobbin.

Year: 1996, 24 spindles, with a TK760DAC slub catcher, air splicing, takes an empty bobbin and doffs them onto a 9” cone, with (2) doffers per unit, with length measuring , Model 147-0696-4066.
Currently the spinning frames and winder are running but the card is not
1-tape configuration – every 4 ends share 1 endless tape, they alternate in order similar to a figure 8
2- number of workers per section- 5,5,7,7
3- current working count range= 51.7-310tex, this could be expanded more
4-confirm condenser rubbing- each bank has 2 sets of aprons
5-feed type-servolap controlled with x-ray generator,reads density of fiber bed that controls feed roll speed
6-machine lockout system operational- this machine was fully operational until it was stopped.
