Non Woven Meltblown Line

Line is composed of:

Feeding weighting hopper feeder
Spinbau card set with doffer
Crosslapper of 4 meters width
3 gas ovens set in line - each 500 KW = total 1500KW
Delivery attachment (rolling with edge or more cutting blades to get the required width of fleese final product)

Machines are YOC 80-90 's but complete in very good running condition.

The line can manufacture goods weighting 80 - 800 gsm ( they even produced 1000GSM) But common is 80 GSM for clothing and about 400-500 for furniture industry.

Practical outputs per one shift of 8 hours:
for approx. 100 GSM - 1500 kgs
for approx. 500 GSM - over 2 tons
