It is 180cm wide through the dyeing process with a Beaming head capacity to accommodate loom beams up to 240cm weaving width with a flange diameter of 1100mm

Incorporated in the rebuild is the additional New Siemens PLC controls, New AC Drives throughout, and touch screen electronics, Temsan patented high efficiency oxidation and dyeing systems giving deeper shades, faster dyeing times, increased production at less cost and more energy efficient.

One set of Drying cans followed by one Mayer-Rotal Sizing box with double immersion rollers and double squeeze rollers followed by the latest high efficiency drying can section, cooling – stretch and splitting section and final beaming with press rollers onto any type loom beam up to to 240cm weaving width
