Ww 4m, but all parts will be there to go to 5 m ww.
2 motors (good for grass yarn), actual on 4m ww synthetic grass, actual 32 mm pile height.
Actual pile height = 32 mm, but can go to 40 mm.
The machine is especially made for synthetic grass, but can do normal carpet also.
Machine is 1/8” gauge now,
with existing needles, it can do dtex between 900 & 3000 dtex
With other needles you can go higher dtex.
Same for ¼” gauge
For grass , they use ‘1/4 & 1/8 , both
Speed: 800 RPM

10 stiches on 10 cm = 8,0 m / min @ 800 RPM = 3700 lm/day at 80% efficiency
8 stiches on 10 cm = 10,0 m / min @ 800 RPM = 4600 lm/day at 80% efficiency
6 stiches on 10 cm = 13.3 m / min @ 800 RPM = 6100 lm/day at 80% efficiency

GAUGE
1/8” = 31.5 stitches on 10 cm in width
1/4” = 15.7 stitches on 10 cm in width

Machine can be switched without any cost from Grass to home tufting/carpet, and can do short pile height for home tufting/carpet.

Loading in: 1x4 FT HC container or truck.
